Karakaya Science High School Physics Club Visits Our Department

Today, we were delighted to welcome the esteemed students of the Karakaya Science High School Physics Club to our department. During this special visit, the students had the opportunity to take a closer look at the fascinating world of physics.

During the visit, an enjoyable conversation about physics was held with the students. Afterwards, they experienced basic physics principles by conducting short, practical experiments on electricity and mechanics.

One of the highlights of the visit was when Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Yakupenhanoğlu, a faculty member of our department, opened the doors of his research laboratories to the students. Prof. Dr. Yakupenhanoğlu broadened the students' horizons by providing them with information on advanced research topics.

We would like to thank our Department Chair Prof. Dr. Cengiz Tatar and Prof. Dr. Mediha Kök, as well as the Karakaya Science High School officials and all the students who participated in the visit for their efforts in making this meaningful visit possible.
